Please read this Rules, they will be for everybody comming to Hestar Ranch

 Everybody comming to Hestar Ranch has to be aware of the inherent risks that naturally occur in any equine activity.
All participants, visitors, guests and companyons must abide by the 10 Hestar Rules.

1.
Therefore, all visitors, other horse owners and their companions, he/she agrees to assume all responsibility, and hold the Hestar Ranch owners and their employees, co-workers guests and friends free from all damages of liability for any injury to person, horse or property arising as a result of practicing for or participating in any equine activity.
Please understand that this is a Liability Release releasing Hestar Ranch owner and workers from all liability and responsibility of injury, illness, death and property damage to the releaser (horseowner) or the releaser's animal(s), their companions and guests.

2. For boarding, stay overnight or just participating, all horse owners will be responsible for their horses.
Should a horse(s) get any illness, disease or get hurt, it will be the owners responsibility to care for the horse.    Pursuance of liability to another horse owner or Hestar Ranch owner, employees and co-workers, will not be allowed.
Important: Current coggins, valid health certificate incl.current shot record with all the vaccinations must be shown anytime at request. And please have your horse wormed before coming to Hestar Ranch.
Please understand that this is important for us, because we are a breeding place. Young horses and breeding mares have to be in a save environment. 
Vaccines: Sleeping sickness, Tetanus, Flue and Rhino are required in addition to shots required by the State of CO.
Mares, that come for breeding must arrive without shoes and with trimmed hoofs.

3. Please stay away from the old buildings and respect our fences, do not go under or over them, and be aware that all electric fences are hot.

Do not feed any horses, unless you have been asking its owner.

5. No dogs on property without permission.

6. Watch your children and take the responsibility for their behavoir.

7. Long riding pants, closed high top riding shoes or boots and savety helmets with strap must be worn by riders under  21 years of age, and are recommended for adults.

8. Please no smoking and/or having alcoholic drinks before and during riding.

9. Please clean up after your horse, and return tools and equipement to their storage areas.

10. Put your garbage in the trash can and drive slowly while approaching and leaving the facility.
